Limited WarrantyAll our computer systems come with a 12 month limited product warranty. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your YoBoGo-branded hardware products. Longer warranty periods are available for purchase on certain products, please see each product detail for more information. Not Covered by Limited Warranty• External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power ReturnsWe value our customers, and want to make sure you are completely
satisfied wit your purchase. If for any reason you
are unhappy with your computer system, you can return
it within 7 days for a money refund. Warranty and Return ProcessTo return a product for a refund or for warranty services, you
must contact YoBoGo to receive a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number in order to return a product.
You will then be asked to ship the product back within
5 days of receiving the RMA #. The customer must
pay for the cost of shipment and insure the
shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during
