Service and Product Warranty

Our goal is to ensure that all customers are completely satisfied with the services and products that they receive. Our offer a customer satisfaction guarantee on all locally performed services. We do not consider a job completed until our customer feels that the job is completed to their complete satisfaction.

Limited Warranty

All our computer systems come with a 12 month limited product warranty. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your YoBoGo-branded hardware products. Longer warranty periods are available for purchase on certain products, please see each product detail for more information.

Not Covered by Limited Warranty

• External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power
• Servicing not authorized by YoBoGo
• Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions
• Problems caused by using non-compatable accessories, parts, or components

Returns

We value our customers, and want to make sure you are completely satisfied wit your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your computer system, you can return it within 7 days for a money refund.

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a YoBoGo error, a restocking fee of 15% may be charged on hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts and unopened software still in its/their sealed package.

Warranty and Return Process

To return a product for a refund or for warranty services, you must contact YoBoGo to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to return a product. You will then be asked to ship the product back within 5 days of receiving the RMA #. The customer must pay for the cost of shipment and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

Upon receipt of the complete returned purchase, YoBoGo will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.
