| Actually, the symbol is called a Taijitu, based
on the concept of Yin Yang. The symbol represents the
harmony of two parts, coming together in perfect balance. We feel
that this represents the concept of what we at YoBoGo are trying
to accomplish. Bringing together the computer and the user, two
completely different parts, into a balanced harmony is our ultimate
goal. |
| Are you really available 24/7? |
| Yes, for emergency computer repair, we do offer
24/7 service. Our online Repair Request is not monitored
24/7, so for urgent issues after normal business hours, we recommend
you call us and leave a VM which will alert the on-call technician. |
| What is your coverage area? |
| Typically we will support anywhere from Tacoma
to Bremerton. Depending on the size of the job and the services
requested, we will consider a broader range. |
